Ms. Cheung is the Deputy Manager of the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC), which is under the auspices of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC). She has worked for SF&OC since 2008 and had served in different divisions, including school education, major events and games, before joining HKADC in 2015.

Ms. Cheung obtained her Bachelor Degree in Hotel, Tourism and Catering Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her Executive Master Degree in Sports Organization Management (under Olympic Solidarity Funding Scheme) at the Universite Catholique de Louvain. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education.

Ms. Cheung will be presenting the fifth Concurrent Workshop session entitled: Anti-Doping.
