Ms. Lorraine Ng is currently Head of Office of the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC), under the auspices of the Sports Federation of the Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC). She has been with the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee since its establishment in 2008.

Prior to Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee, Ms. Ng was a certified medical laboratory technologist with work experience in both Canada and the United States. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of British Columbia, Canada and her Master Degree in Sports & Leisure Management at the Hong Kong Baptist University.
