Mr. Ning Su Sport Psychology Officer, HKSI
Mr. Ning Su got his Masters degree in applied (Sport and Exercise) psychology at the Wuhan Sports University, P.R.C. in 2011. He is also a doctoral candidate in Education at the Education University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the International Society of Sport Psychology. He served as Executive Committee member for the Hong Kong Society of Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2016-2017.
Mr. Su has been working with Hong Kong elite athletes from different sport teams of the Hong Kong Sports Institute since 2015. He has also provided on-field sport psychology support for athletes in a variety of important sport events. He is a main developer of the Mindfulness-Acceptance-Insight-Commitment (MAIC) training approach for Chinese athletes. His research interests include: applied sport psychology service, mindfulness and acceptance-based training, positive and health psychology.
