Four official hotels are available for bookings. All reservations must be made directly to the relevant hotel. The reservation forms for the respective hotels will be included in Bulletin 2 specifying the deadline in case of cancellation of hotel accommodation. All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. Update information on rooms availability in official hotels will be released periodically.
